In early 2010 I began to workout with Zumba® Fitness in order to lose the rest of the pregnancy weight from my last child. At that time I realized that Zumba® was going to change my life. I finally found a workout that I enjoyed and it made me feel so amazing that I wanted to share the experience with others. In June of 2010 I became a certified Zumba® Fitness instructor and began to teach. I work a full time job at Mike Taylor Properties INC in Elgin and teach 5-7 Zumba®classes a week. I currently teach in Blythewood at Curves and at LHD Fitness in Winnsboro. And, starting in August, I'll be teaching additional classes at the Fairfield Recreation Center. I am also available for group functions, private classes, and birthday parties/parties.
One of the biggest concerns I often hear is “I can'’t dance so how am I suppose to Zumba®?” I thought the same thing at first but I gave it a try; my Zumba® family found that once they start not only are they dancing, but they are having so much fun, getting energized, and getting fit all at the same time. http://www.zumbawithjenny.net
