We have 2 receptionists up front who are happy to help you with any needs. Classes are well prepared, most of the choreographies are choreographed by Dale intended specifically for this class. You should experience a fun and unique zumba experience, class should fly by faster than any other fitness class.

Dale has been teaching Zumba for 4 years, 3 different certifications in zumba alone, and other fitness related certifications.
