About:

Linda Moore: Certified Yoga Instructor. Scheduled group classes, private and corporate yoga instruction.

Yoga through tradition and teacher is a form of study that includes movement and held postures worked in sync with the breath, to bring into alignment a calm body and mind- thus uncovering one's true essence/spirit. One can work in this tradition from an array of physical abilities, with a focus on a bodily injury in it's healing process, to healing from trauma to mastering one's ability in this moment. Yoga holds no judgment. A focused yoga practice can enhance our abilities to 'be at peace' within the chaos of daily life, teaching us the beauty of 'checking in' rather than 'checking out'.

Yoga has taught me to be the observer, to listen, explore and imagine with an open heart, to see each experience with new eyes and to be more present with the moment, rather than be concerned with the outcome. The study of yoga has opened my heart!
I teach to hold safe space for others to explore their true essence.
